Responsibilities
- Generate annual revenue by signing multiple large deals with new brands across the Asia region
- Plan and execute robust business growth strategies to achieve multi-million revenue targets.
- Lead business development activities and develop new opportunities in existing and new clients.
- Engage and manage clients at appropriate levels, including C-suites across different functions.
- Negotiate commercial terms of engagement for new business and contract renewals.
- Work with the Client Services & Rewards team to ensure that project goals are met.
- Nurture relationships with existing clients to Retain and Expand existing accounts
- Support the Managing Director, APAC with strategic alliances and partnerships
Qualifications, Desired Skills & Experience
- Self-starter who can rapidly build new accounts using their robust network of executive buyers and influencers - relationship-selling approach.
- Strong knowledge of the APAC markets across multiple industry sectors.
- Experience in managing large RFPs/Tenders projects.
- Facility towards Smart Search insight gathering to quickly build intimacy with target clients.
- Natural aptitude toward human connection to collaborate and lead teams to a common goal.
- Ability to influence decision - making and work across executive and operational levels.
- Minimum 7 years of direct B2B sales experience
- Record of consultative and value selling for HR/Tech consulting services
- Experience with broad range of sales cycles
- Ideally but not mandatory, take part in public speaking activities to develop BIW brand presence
- History of career stability with a maximum of 3 employers in the last 10 years.
