Job Description

We are a leading organizer of digital immersive exhibitions in Art and Entertainment sector. As we continue to expand our portfolio, we are looking for a responsible Operations Manager to oversee the logistical and operational aspects of our exhibitions. This role offers and exciting opportunity to play a key role in the success of our exhibitions and contribute to our company’s growth.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Exhibition Onsite Operation Management
  • Responsible for exhibition daily operation to cover opening and closing, online ticket reservation, Merchandise sales and inventory, customer services and to resolve any operational issues as they arise.
  • Manage onsite staff including hiring and training.
  • Manage equipment and venue maintenance in a regular basis.
  • Coordinate with building management and local authorities to address safety and security concerns to meet the safety regulations and standards.
  • Coordinate with internal team and external vendors to ensure exhibition timelines, setup, execution and dismantling schedules.
  • Prepare necessary forms and document and liaise with vendors/contractors for submissions to relevant authorities.
  • Collect on-ground customer feedbacks and identify areas for improvement.
  • Vendor and Contractor Management
  • Liaise with vendors and contractors for services such as exhibition construction and audiovisual equipment etc.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with contractual agreements.
  • Coordinate logistics and schedules with vendors to ensure timely delivery and setup of services.
  • Others
  • Assist advertising and marketing initiatives
  • Assist in budget management and sales forecast
  • Other exhibition related assignments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality or related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in events and exhibitions management.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities and a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices for events and exhibitions.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required for onsite event management.
