- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes job posting, resume screening, interviewing via phone/face-to-face, making job offers, and conducting reference checks.
- Manage onboarding activities and internal communication.
- Manage recruitment agencies and search firms.
- Monitor the recruitment budget.
Human Resource Operations:
- Any other tasks in day-to-day HR operations and administration
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
