- Qualify leads by understanding their insurance needs and requirements.
- Schedule appointments for insurance agents to meet with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and appointments in the system.
- Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and provide additional information as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with potential clients.
skills and experience required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing / appointment setting / customer service is advantageous.
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to engage potential clients effectively.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
