Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day clinical operations within assigned departments or units.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular statistical analysis and provide operational updates for reporting.
- Manage logistics, budget, communications, and evaluation of these events.
- Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Participate in budget planning and monitoring of financial resources related to clinical operations.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to enhance team performance and morale.
Job Requirement
- Possess Bachelor Degree in any relevant field.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written), including interpersonal skills.
- Effective stakeholder management across different organizational levels.
- Critical thinking ability, with a focus on analytical and meticulous approach to tasks.
- Proficiency in basic data analytics and management
