Account Manager - Customer Service Solutions

The Account Manager serves as the primary customer contact for a designated sales territory. Acting as the initial sales expert, they collaborate closely with presales teams to present a compelling value proposition that sets the product portfolio apart from competitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategically developing sales initiatives targeted to specific accounts / markets
  • Maximize sales activities and achieve quotas by actively prospecting and securing new accounts.
  • Play the role of a “farmer” - Establish connections at all levels within the customer organization, including C-level relationships, and tailor conversations to suit each audience.
  • Expand wallet share in assigned accounts by establishing high-revenue, multi-year business plans with target accounts. Develop roadmaps for large-scale implementations of our systems and services within these accounts.
  • Driving and leading the sales, presales, engineering and support efforts for the account to achieve business goals.
  • Map the capabilities of existing partners and strategic alliances to key target areas, identifying and addressing gaps. Create a network of relationships to facilitate sales and promote alliances and partnerships.


Requirements:

  • 10+ years of sales experience in technology, particularly selling complex SaaS solutions, preferably to contact centres / call centres
  • Proven track record of closing large and commercial transactions and managing multiple complex sales opportunities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, building confidence and credibility. Self-sufficient, flexible, and confident. Highly articulate, able to simplify complex models.
  • Ability to develop relationships with C-level or VP-level business users, articulate business value, and influence strategic use of offered solutions.
  • Proven ability to close deals, identify opportunities, secure commitments, and drive necessary actions, maintaining momentum until the deal is closed. Adaptable and flexible in execution.
  • Willingness to travel at least 30% of the time.
  • Degree from an accredited university.
