Role Description
Developing a careful and creative program suitable for preschool children. Employing a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media etc.) to teach children. Observing each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem.
Specific Responsibilities
1. Help nurture a love of knowledge.
2. Ensure students meet their goals and grow as learners.
3. Use outcomes to revise and further develop learning plans.
4. Create a safe and supportive classroom environment.
5. Model positive and appropriate behavior for students.
Competencies
1. Planning, implementing and assessing lessons.
2. Teach children with patience and creativity.
3.Kindergarten Teacher duties include designing a teaching plan and using activities and instructional methods to motivate children.
4. Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, coworkers and parents or guardians.
5. Creative and artistic abilities.
