Our client is a global MNC in real estate and investment management. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Tenant Management Executive to be part of their Property Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.
Duties of Tenant Management Executive:
- Collaborate with site managers to deliver high-quality property management.
- Develop and implement plans to streamline daily operations.
- Assist in preparing the site for successful project execution.
- Maintain proactive site upkeep and manage emergency/crisis plans.
- Verify and settle term contract fees and ad hoc invoices on time.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in related field
- Min 4 years of experience in Commercial Buildings settings.
- Comfortable to work 5.5 days
