Job Description:
- Responsible in Electronic Security System bid design and estimation
- Collaborate closely with Sales Manager in bid estimation, requirement and bid strategy that ensure win themes are clear and compelling
- Collaborate with technical support team to provide Technical Support & Bidding Support
- Collaborate & manage bid terms inputs with internal key stakeholder support
- Drive, develop, and align security strategy in coordination with Sales and Internal Stakeholders
- Enhance bid estimation competence through continuous improvement and value engineering
- Lead the preparation and submission of commercial and technical offers in compliance with internal Bid Approval process
- Prepare and review the commercial aspects of the bids, ensuring all products/ services are included in the final price to client
- Contributing to the written proposal - both in terms of content & presentation
- Ensure on time submission of compliant and commercially sound bids
- Support the project handling over of solutions to Project Execution team
- Work with various approved vendors to formulate the overall solutions
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar field
- Strong technical knowledge in Electronic Security - Card Access, CCTV, Integrated Security Management System (ISMS)
- Minimum knowledge of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) such as IP Network Switches, Public Address, Intercom and other 3rd parties’ solutions
- Proven experience in medium to large Security and ELV projects
- Ability to design, size, and estimate various Security Related and ELV systems
- Working knowledge of IP networking, Cyber Security solutions would be preferred
