Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve company objectives through events.
- Ensure compliance with legal, insurance, health, and safety regulations at all times.
- Develop event reports and distribute them as required to partners and organizations.
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring financial oversight throughout.
- Establish procedures and train team members for effective event execution.
- Manage all aspects of event planning, meeting strict deadlines and budget constraints.
- Oversee fan experiences from conception to post-event review, managing on-site preparations, production, and event breakdown to maintain high standards.
- Source and manage event vendors, develop invitations to tender (ITTs), and negotiate agreements to ensure fiscal responsibility and high-quality services and products.
- Supervise, direct, and coordinate activities of personnel, agencies, and vendors to successfully execute all aspects of events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3-5 years of managerial experience.
- Proven track record of successfully executing events.
- Demonstrated success in working with clients, stakeholders, and brands.
- Adaptable and creative with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in planning and leading community initiatives.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines through excellent time management.
- Leadership and team management skills, proven track record of successfully leading projects and teams.
