Responsibilities
· Provide administrative and secretarial support to the CEO, including managing day to day calendar, organizing meetings, business appointments and managing schedule.
· Conduct data analysis and prepare detailed reports, proposals, and presentations of special projects for executive review.
· Assist management team in strategic activities, solution planning and budget planning
· Liaise with outsourced corporate secretarial/ auditors/ accounting firm on all Company related advisory
· Manage, coordinate and liaise with regulatory authorities for regulatory enquires, if needed
· Maintain professionalism and appropriately handle highly confidential materials when interfacing with the business.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in executive assistance, musical education background is preferred
· Proficiency in presentation tools and software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, or similar).
· Familiar with local company regulations and policies (e.g., annual filling, tax declaration, work permit, etc.)
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
· Bilingual skills of English and Chinese is preferred
