Responsibilities:
- Supporting and performing daily administrative duties
- Liaise with clients and internal advisers on appointment scheduling
- Invoicing and maintaining proper records
- Involved in client meetings
- Email communications
- Maintaining files and records digitally so they are updated and easily accessible
- Good interpersonal skills
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements :
- ITE / Diploma in Business or related courses
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc) and Google Functions
- Minimum 1 year work experience in admin
- Good team player, and able to work independently.
- Ability to converse in English and Mandarin
