About Our Client
My client is a leading organization specializing in industrial automation and information technology. They are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to oversee the entire region's sales operations, liaise with key stakeholders in the region, optimize the gaps, and present the findings to HQ.
Job Description
- Sales Strategy Management:
- Oversee the entire region's sales operations, ensuring alignment with the overall sales strategy.
- Liaise with key stakeholders in the region to clarify and address any doubts or questions regarding the strategy.
- Data Support and Analysis:
- Provide data support as required by the sales management team.
- Understand and analyze sales data to generate preliminary reports and insights.
- Identify and rectify incorrect data points in the CRM system promptly after comprehending business dynamics.
- Meeting Preparation and Follow-Up:
- Assist in preparing for monthly sales meetings, including the creation of agendas and presentation materials.
- Organize and document meeting records, ensuring all action items and topics are followed up effectively.
- Process Tracking and Optimization:
- Monitor and track current sales processes to identify gaps and inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
- Present findings and optimizations to HQ for strategic decision-making.
- Ad Hoc Tasks:
- Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by the sales management team to support the overall sales operations.
The Successful Applicant
- At least a Bechalor's degree in Business, Engineering or any related field
- 5 years of exepricne in sales oeprations for regional coverage
- Logical thinking and data analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
