About Our Client

My client is a leading organization specializing in industrial automation and information technology. With a strong emphasis on research and development, they provide comprehensive solutions for various industries, enhancing efficiency, productivity, and safety. The company's portfolio includes a wide range of products and services, such as automation control systems, instrumentation, and software solutions.

They are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to oversee the entire region's sales operations, liaise with key stakeholders in the region, optimize the gaps, and present the findings to HQ.

Job Description

  1. Sales Strategy Management:
    • Oversee the entire region's sales operations, ensuring alignment with the overall sales strategy.
    • Liaise with key stakeholders in the region to clarify and address any doubts or questions regarding the strategy.
  2. Data Support and Analysis:
    • Provide data support as required by the sales management team.
    • Understand and analyze sales data to generate preliminary reports and insights.
    • Identify and rectify incorrect data points in the CRM system promptly after comprehending business dynamics.
  3. Meeting Preparation and Follow-Up:
    • Assist in preparing for monthly sales meetings, including the creation of agendas and presentation materials.
    • Organize and document meeting records, ensuring all action items and topics are followed up effectively.
  4. Process Tracking and Optimization:
    • Monitor and track current sales processes to identify gaps and inefficiencies.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
    • Present findings and optimizations to HQ for strategic decision-making.
  5. Ad Hoc Tasks:
    • Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by the sales management team to support the overall sales operations.

The Successful Applicant

  1. At least a Bechalor's degree in Business, Engineering or any related field
  2. 5 years of exepricne in sales oeprations for regional coverage
  3. Logical thinking and data analytical skills
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
