Responsibilities
• Assist the sales team to prepare & help provide quotations to customers.
• Communicate with customer on the requirement, understand their procurement process to ensure smooth sales process.
• Chase & negotiate the pricing from vendors/suppliers, upload all relevant documents into shared drives.
• Prepare the costing sheet & actual quotation before sending out to customer
• Support the sales team during bid process
• Follow up on any tender clarification, coordinate with the relevant stakeholders & update sales team.
• Assist & help resolves customer queries including Coordinate technology sharing session with customer in order to generate new sales lead, Communicate with customer on requirement
• Staying informed about cybersecurity product and services
• Require to attend product sharing & technology update
• Able to answer customers' queries and send additional information via email
• Able to upsell products and services
Requirements
• Degree / Diploma in Business Administration / Information Technology with 2-3 years sales support experience
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good organization skills and ability to multitask
• Excellent problem-solving skills is a plus
• Strong Microsoft excel skill is a plus point
• Proficiency in Microsoft Officer and CRM software such as salesforce.com
