Roles & Responsibilities:
- Training Program Development: Collaborate with corporate clients and trainers to design, implement, and deliver effective training programs.
- Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with external training vendors and suppliers to ensure efficient and effective program delivery.
- Team Management: Lead a team of trainers and training coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of training delivery.
- Corporate Outreach: Engage new corporate accounts and build lasting relationships with potential clients.
- Client Servicing: Manage existing corporate accounts and prepare comprehensive training proposals for corporate clients and government agencies (GeBiz).
- Contract Management: Prepare, draft, and send sales contracts, proposals, and agreements to clients.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Diploma/Degree holders (minimum 2 years experience in training related field)
- Industry Passion: A genuine passion for the education and training industry.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with learners, trainers, and external vendors.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills to handle multiple training programs simultaneously and maintain accurate training records.
