Responsibilities:
Activations: 30% (current frequency about 1-2 small scale events per month)
- To produce yearly activation plan presentations and suggest activities for our brands.
- To actively look out for and search for partners to collaborate with.
- To actively seek out alcohol related events for company to participate in.
- To execute events independently and attention to details.
- To visit outlets together with the sales team and to suggest how company can marketing value-add to the outlet.
E-commerce: 30%
- To oversee the in-house website operations independently and manage/setup other e-commerce platforms
- To execute E-commerce monthly promotion calendar
- 3. To oversee all aspects of E-commerce, including but not limited to marketing plans, product management, stock management, onboarding of new products, promotions, platform campaigns, sales, deliveries, after-sales service, and other operations.
- To activate and execute all planned promotional activities in a timely manner.
- To grow E-commerce orders monthly across platforms.
- To submit a monthly sales report, tracking analytics, sales, followers on platforms, reviews, feedbacks, cost of operations & recommendations to improve sales.
- To manage all customer orders across platforms within the stipulated timelines and show excellent customer service.
Artworks, Collaterals & Marketing Presentations: 20%
- To produce collateral designs for E-commerce platforms, events, activations, and outlets.
- To do any presentation plan under marketing scope
Social Media Management: 20%
- To submit a social media calendar plan monthly.
- To do a minimum of three posts a week across all social media platforms, and able to write attractive description and to include related hashtag
- To plan, execute and manage social media campaigns for company, represented brands and principal partners.
- To plan, execute and manage boosting of monthly promotions, activations, and events.
- To plan, execute and manage the growth of company online presence and drive traffic to all social media platforms.
- To increase conversion rate and create engagement with followers, and to increase follower count.
- To submit a monthly social media report, tracking analytics, follower count, engagement, data & recommendations to improve the social media pages.
Requirement:
- Proficient in utilizing Canva or photoshop
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Sense of aesthetics, copywriting, and creative eye
- Photography and basic photo editing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
- outgoing and friendly personality with good communication skills
- Meticulous and able to meet tight deadlines
- Flexible in working hours (some evenings will be required for marketing event activities.)
- Interest in F&B especially alcohol will be a plus.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Proven events, e-commerce or social media management record would be advantageous
- 3 to 5 years of relevant Alcohol Beverage/FMCG trade experience will be a plus
