Job Description & Requirements:
- Daily tasks including ordering, printing for packaging, and scheduling delivery lists for the drivers.
- Print out documents daily from Whatsapp and respond to notes from executives and supervisors.
- Perform data entry and maintenance in the financial system.
- Collaborate closely with Human Resources to understand new hire offers and non-standard terms such as draws, sign-on commission payments and bonuses.
- Coordinate with the Payroll team to ensure commission payments are processed accurately and on time each month.
- Liaise with promoters regarding their monthly staff claims.
- Evaluate commission plans and processes, initiating changes to increase efficiency and reduce administration costs.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manger
