Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic IT Analyst with a strong understanding of digital transformation and work style innovation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leveraging technology to enhance our business operations, providing solution consultation service to our customers, thus driving growth and improving the user experience. The candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders across the business units and functions to identify opportunities, challenges, and solutions for improving our processes, products, and services using digital technologies, and conduct data analysis and provide insights and recommendations to enhance decision making and performance for our company and customers. As this position will be also involving in investment and M&A related works. Experience and knowledge of the finance sector is a plus, and candidates with a proven track record in this industry will be viewed favourably in our hiring decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leverage IT expertise to design and implement process improvements, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
• Analyze and evaluate existing systems to identify opportunities for digital transformation.
• Drive work style innovation initiatives, promoting efficiency and collaboration.
• Utilize data analysis skills to interpret complex data, identify trends, and provide insights that drive strategic business decisions.
• Participate in business development activities, identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposal development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement digital projects.
• Ensure all digital projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards.
• Support Financial documentation creation on investment and M&A activities
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related discipline
• At least 3 years of experience in IT Analyst or a related field
• Proficiency in Japanese language at business level to communicate effectively with the head offices in Japan.
• Experience in Business Development, Investment and M&A activities is a plus.
• Strong knowledge in Digital Transformation and Work Style Innovation.
• Demonstrated expertise in data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
