- Assist in preparation and management of project documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing documents expeditiously and efficiently, ensuring document traceability
- Assist in facilitating flow of communication to project team members
- Be familiar and keep updated on authorities' submission procedures and requirements
- Prepare and compile submission forms accurately for authorities submission
- Monitoring of authorities and project contractual deadlines
- EOI and tender submission. Preparation, compiling of submission documents, coordinating and liaising with Consultants and Sub-consultants
- Assist Architects/Studio Leads in handling non-project specific documentation
- Coverage duties for fellow admin staff in their absence
Requirements
- GCE 'O' level/Diploma equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience, preferably in Architecture/Construction industry
- Proficiency in MS office, powerpoint
- Time management skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as as team
