Responsibilities:
- Work involves Print Media, Digital Communications, Website Development and Email Marketing
- Working with the Team to establish appropriate creative direction
- Increase efficiency throughout the design team workflow
- Communicate with and manage both internal and external stakeholders
- Suggest, develop and implement projects from end to end
Requirements:
- 2+ year of experience in a creative agency or publisher.
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design or other related fields
- Strong skills with design software such as InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. Will be plus if knowledge of photography and videography
- An understanding of creative design and layout especially in publications
- Time management & strong project management skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively follow up and communicate with all levels of the organisation
- The confidence to communicate your ideas and sell them to peers
- The willingness to work to tight deadlines in high-pressured environments without compromising on work quality
- A track record of inventive and compelling design work especially in print media
- Highly Motivated & Self-Starter
