- Assist with job posting and advertising on various platforms.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics.
- Administer pre-interview assessment.
- Address candidates queries and send rejection emails.
- Process employee paperwork, including employee contracts, forms and other relevant documents prior to data inception.
- Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders (Admin, IT, HRIS) for creation of employee access and enrolment of certain staff benefits.
- Coordinate new hire orientation sessions and assist the HRBP with the onboarding process.
- Apply work passes (where necessary)
- Update the Staff Movement Excel Spreadsheet (co-own with HRSS)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality protocols
- Process employee separation paperwork, including sending out of the E-Acknowledgement of Resignation and updating records in the SF system.
- Ensure smooth offboarding procedure.
- Ensure cessation of staff benefits (Grab, myMHC, EHS).
- Cancel work passes (where necessary).
- Update the Staff Movement excel spreadsheet (co-own with HRSS)
- Administer staff welfare benefits for employees, e.g. send newborn gift hamper, get well gift baskets and funeral wreaths
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
