Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Sales Team on Goods fulfilment for both traditional and online order.
- Work with Sales Team to synchronise price list.
- Generate and send quotations to customers and follow up when necessary.
- Use IT Systems to generate license key and the necessary documents.
- Assist in managing projects and timelines.
- Assist in product parts production and testing.
- Manage customer and suppliers' invoices, DOs and their goods.
- Manage Return Material Authorization process with basic troubleshooting.
- Provide cover for other operation absent colleagues.
- Performing other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, using IT system
- Good verbal, writing and interpersonal skills
- Customer Service experience is preferred
- Keen learning in IT stuff
- Showcasing strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to task accuracy
