Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Assistant Director/Manager in developing, operationalising, and synergising policies and procedures for Total Workplace Safety and Health (TWSH) (i.e., in areas such as safety management system, training and competency, audit etc), ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
- Set up and maintain a monitoring and surveillance system for TWSH performance.
- Manage regular statistical analysis and operational updates for reporting at the hospital’s Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Council and committees.
- Plan and execute TWSH-related events (e.g. TWSH awards). This includes planning, logistics sourcing, budget management, communications, event evaluation etc.
- Secretariat role in the hospital’s TWSH-related committees.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and above in any discipline
- At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Good communication (oral and written and interpersonal skills)
- Good people and stakeholder management skills, across organizational functions and hierarchy
- Critical thinker who is analytical, meticulous, and process-oriented
- Proficient in basic data analytics and management
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, exercise initiative, manage pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
