Job Description:
- Project management for Mechanical Engineering piping system in construction industry and HVAC System.
- Ensuring smooth execution of project, coordination of site work with Main-con, sub-con and customers to ensure timely completion of project within budgeted cost and timelines.
- Prepare Isometric drawing and plan drawing for new piping or modification & bill of material take off.
- Ensure the allocated resources is not overrun and equipment / material delivery on site is timely.
- Conduct Pre-Installation & Post Installation briefing with Installation Supervisor & Contractors and ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the specified quality and EHS standards.
- Participate in reviewing and analysing design drawings and identify discrepancies between tender, contract and regulatory requirement.
- Responsible for all report preparation relevant to project requirement.
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolve any technical / site issue.
- Prepare and monitor quotation, VO, progress claim to client.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
- Min 3 years in project coordination / management experience in construction or HVAC piping system.
- Candidate without experience with positive and ‘can do’ attitude are welcome.
- Able to interact effectively with all level from workers to management level.
- Able to work Independently, outgoing, ‘street smart’ and initiative.
- Result and Quality of work oriented.
- Familiar with MS office, AutoCAD and other project management will be advantageous.
- Handle pressure effectively.
