Job Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and implementation of SAP FICO solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and technical teams, to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and design documents.
• Configure and customize the SAP FICO module to meet the specific needs of the business.
• Conduct system testing, including integration and user acceptance testing, to ensure the solution meets business requirements.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO-related issues, including analyzing and resolving system errors and data issues.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
• Train and mentor junior consultants and end-users on SAP FICO processes and best practices.
• Stay current with SAP FICO technologies and industry trends, continuously improving the SAP FICO environment and processes.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SAP FICO Functional Consultant, with a minimum of 10 years in SAP FICO implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of SAP FICO module, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
• Experience with SAP FICO integration with other SAP modules, such as MM, SD, and PP.
• Proficiency in SAP FICO configuration, including creating and maintaining master data, financial statements, and controlling processes.
• Knowledge of SAP best practices and experience with SAP ASAP methodology.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
