The Senior Digital Media Performance Strategist is a High Value client-facing role managing customer relationships of the client portfolio in APAC.
This role will derive and execute the clients’ digital media strategy and must have a strong understanding of Paid search, Programmatic, and paid social. As well as working closely with Clients and internal Amadeus Hospitality team to develop an in-depth understanding of the client’s property and marketplace to maximize returns and achieve the client’s goals.
Your main responsibilities include
- Work closely with clients to develop marketing strategies across all paid media channels.
- Identify digital media campaign improvement opportunities and ensure all digital media best practices are being implemented.
- Keep track on all market insights for building strategies & campaign scalability.
- Work with Sales and Account management to ensure a holistic client management approach across the Amadeus products and eco-system.
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and pitch new products to existing & new clients.
- Work closely with the Analyst & Ad Operations Manager to ensure campaigns are running and continually ensure that campaigns are optimized to achieve client ROI/performance goals.
- Monitor online reporting platform and provide regular insights to clients based on campaign results.
- Work with graphic designers to manage creative ad development, as well as with the ad operations team to manage contract renewals.
About the ideal candidate
- Minimum Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Business Intelligence, Statistics or Finance, with minimum of 4 years’ experience in online media experience and 2 years in a client facing role.
- Hands on Google Ads, Programmatic and Social Media Experience
- Demonstrated passion for innovation, strategy, thinking outside of the box and establishing positive customer relationships.
- Able to professionally represent TravelClick, an Amadeus company at client meetings and on conference calls.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong copy writing skills.
- Able to effectively influence key internal partners at all levels within the organization.
- Has a big picture mindset that takes advantage of opportunities in order to help provide excellent service to clients.
- Experience in the Hospitality or Tourism industry is an advantage.
