A leading chemical company, is looking for an Accounts Executive to join their team. The role will work together in a team of 3 to handle accounting duties. Training will be provided.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for A/R and A/P processing and journal entries
- Cashflow updates and monitoring fund balances; prepare bank reconciliation and revaluation for Manager to review/approve.
- Maintenance of fixed assets registers
- Involve in semi and year end stocktake
- Monthly recharge billing to related company
- Assist in monthly/ quarterly management reporting
- Prepare quarterly GST filing and submit to Manager for review and approval
- Assist in compiling annual tax details for queries raised by tax agent
- Assist in preparing audit schedules and liaise with auditor
- Assist in checking export shipping documents against LC
- Assist in any other finance-related matters as and when required
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of Accounting or Finance background
- Diploma or higher education is preferable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & Powerpoint
- Meticulous, analytical, committed and positive-minded
- Eager to seek improvement and embrace new challenges
- Effective time management
- Able to work under pressure
