Project and Service Delivery Manager

JOB SUMMARY

The Project and Service Delivery Manager plans and oversees multiple inter-dependent turnkey project that impact one or more business units. He/She will also be responsible for service delivery largely in Enterprise or Network project. For turnkey project, selected candidate will oversee all aspects of assigned project throughout project lifecycles to ensure completion within the defined scope, quality, time and cost constraints. Also, to ensure accurate allocations of resources throughout the project. He/She will communicate and facilitate multi-disciplinary teams, composed of various levels of personnel, vendors, and clients to manage and deploy successful projects and services delivery.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Liaison

  • Act as primary contact person for internal (Provisioning, Sales, Presales) and external project stakeholders (Customer, Vendor).
  • Assist the ordering/provisioning process while interfacing with the internal process.

2. Project Plan

  • Develop project plan and scoping requirements based on best practice considering schedule, cost, and risk.
  • Support Presales activities for resources and schedule planning.

3. Project implementation

  • Drive project to meet schedules, budget, manpower and technical quality targets.
  • Drive project discipline to document scope changes, issues and risks that affect implementation.
  • Coordinate and handling vendors/partners including procurement process.
  • Work with users, technical staff, and management to determine and resolve issues associated with project implementation.
  • Managing escalations and ensuring client satisfaction before project handover.
  • Conduct regular project reviews to recommend schedule changes, cost or resource adjustments.
  • Preparing technical/sign-off documents needed for handing off project.

4. Non Turn Key Service Delivery

  • Assist in service delivery with respect to vendor/partners with regards to raising orders, aligning ready for service date and payment control.
  • Assist in service delivery with respect to customer to ensure that service are delivered within time, budget and expectation.
