We are an interior contracting A&A firm on the path of improvement and growth. We are inviting an experienced and self-motivated individual to join our fast expansion team as Project Engineer. In this role, you will play a critical role in managing and executing various aspects of A&A projects from initiation to completion, with a particular focus on Interior Works.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervise and plan site work, ensuring that targeted completion dates are met and works completed are within acceptable standard
• Coordinate, liaise and communicate with people of all levels internally and externally
• Oversee the material selection and purchase for use in construction
• Ensure that works on site comply with safety standards, authorities, and client’s requirements
• Prepare all daily, weekly, and monthly site progress report and other necessary documentation.
• Attend and take minutes of regular meetings with clients and subcontractors
• Identify and resolve discrepancies with consultants and relevant parties
• Resolve any technical issues and other challenges that may occur
• Assist the Project Manager in the co-ordination of project management activities
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification
• 2 year of construction site works experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CAD, and familiar with Microsoft Project
• Good analytical skills and resourceful
• Good knowledge in site management methodology
• Team player, good interpersonal skills with ability to interact with people at different levels
• Willing to work flexible time when necessary
Remuneration will commensurate with qualification and experience.
