Admin & Accounts Executive

We are a dynamic and growing company seeking an experienced Admin and Accounts Executive to join our team. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative and financial functions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Quotations, Invoices, and Delivery Orders: Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, and delivery orders accurately and promptly.
  • Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide timely updates on job progress.
  • Phone Management: Answer and direct phone calls, providing excellent customer service.
  • Building Permits: Handle the application process for building permits, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Payroll: Process payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Full Sets of Accounts: Maintain full sets of accounts, including general ledger, trial balance, balance sheet, and profit and loss statements.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    Familiar with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ABSS/MYOB).
    Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Attributes:Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
    Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
