The FP&A Analyst will support the overall forecasting, planning and analysis activities of APAC Vision.
Signifi:
- Support in evaluating Common Information Model design and developing a strong regional harmonized strategy that is aligned with global practices, meet commercial needs, and would serve as a future orientated blueprint for the future ways of working.
- Perform data profiling, data cleansing, mapping activities, validation, and fit gap analysis as well as User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Overall planning cycle:
- Support the overall business planning for Surgical Vision markets (including NTS, P&L, BS, HC planning)
- Handling the system upload / system actualization upload
- Partner with local and regional Finance teams to manage business update requirements.
- Assist with market share planning cycle process
Decision Support:
- Conduct complex financial, accounting, planning analysis
- Challenge business assumptions and support business partners on financial issues
Actual closing and analysis
- Challenge business assumptions and support business partners on financial issues.
- Provide P&L reporting (L1) and data analysis, ensure report accuracy.
- SME for Service P&L
- SME for SV headcount analysis, balance sheet (Capex) global reporting
- Deliver standard reporting and performance analytics
Other Activities:
- Drive continuous improvement activities
- Support ad hoc requests / projects
- Ensure policies and procedures are followed
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent, with minimum 1 year of experience in Audit or Finance (FP&A)
- Advanced Excel skills are required
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
