· Oversee and maintain the implementation of the Quality Management System throughout the company, including any accreditations
· Ensure applicable QMS practices are up to date and compliant with quality and regulatory requirements.
· Responsible for company-wide awareness of customer and applicable quality & regulatory requirements. Create awareness programs where required.
· Recommend any improvement to the site QMS.
· Provide training on quality issues and business processes.
· Support corporate and site initiatives/ projects related to the quality system
· Point of contact and leads all external customer and quality system audits
· Support surveys and audits in areas relating to environment and sustainability
· Conducts supplier audits
· Manage the company’s internal audit system and the corrective actions and improvements
· Assist in the investigation and analysis of customer complaints
· Support and work with different stakeholders on reporting, monitoring and resolution on customer complaints
· Support new product development and transfer activities from quality system perspective
