Responsibilities:
- Handle company worker’s accommodation such as dormitory arrangement and attend to worker enquiry.
- General administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, faxing and filling etc.
- Assist in purchasing, insurance, invoice verification, letter preparation and copier machine arrangement.
- Assist in training course registration for company employees.
- Government license application and renewal
- Assist in monthly attendance process.
- Responsible to key in accounting journal.
- Cover Receptionist duties when necessary.
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above
- With or without working experience
- Responsible, meticulous, multi-tasker, self-initiative, resourceful, good team player
- Good in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Working location: Jurong West
- Fast paced working environment (Construction Industry)
