Responsibilities:
- Manage/ensure smooth materials/logistic flow.
- Organize and coordinate procurement activities for supplier, material and equipment.
- Manage supplier delivery schedules and effectively establish and maintain delivery dates for proper inventory control.
- Liaise with freight forwarder for overseas shipment.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies with purchases or services, discusses defective or unacceptable goods/services with users, vendors, or inspectors to determine the source of the problem and the appropriate corrective action.
- Match supplier invoice & delivery orders/service report against purchases orders.
- Daily Carrying out Logistic administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents of all deliverables, Purchase Orders, Incoming and Outgoing Order Cycle, Requisition Forms documents.
- Generating Monthly Logistics report i.e Stock Inventory, Shelf-Life, Temperature Control and Server Backup.
- Apply workplace safety and health practices.
- Performing functions i.a.w Company’s Quality standards - i.e EASA / AS9100 and other regulatory requirement.
Education/Experience:
- Min 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft office program (Excel/Word)
- Preferably “O" level
