Job Responsibilities:
- Perform both front-of-house and back-of-house duties to understand all aspects of restaurant operations.
- Engage in customer relations to ensure satisfaction and manage feedback.
- Participate in people management activities including scheduling and training staff.
- Ensure the quality of products and services meets the company standards.
- Assist in cost control and budget planning to optimize resources and maximize financial performance.
- Progress through our Management Trainee Programme with the goal of moving into higher management positions.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum educational qualification of a Diploma.
- Demonstrated excellence in co-curricular activities with strong leadership skills.
- Availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays (5.5 days work week).
