Japanese- speaking Clinic Assistant ( to the Japanse Patients)
Roles & Responsibilities
· Handles inbound calls/emails and assist with enquires
· Making outbound calls to patients and clinics to facilitate bookings of operating theatres
· Coordinate with clinics to ensure experience for patients are enhanced
· Make bookings and help with registrations of patients
· Assist issuance of tax invoices for patients or clinics
· Filing and faxing to coordinate various activities within the department
· Assist other ad-hoc admin duties
Requirements
· Able to converse in eloquent Japanese language to the Japanese patients and doctors.
. 5.5 Days week ( Half day on Saturday)
