- Location: Genting Lane
- Salary: $2800
- Working Hours:Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm
Saturday: 9am to 1pm (Work From Home), once a month
Roles:
- Respond to customer service enquiries, including scheduling appointments with technicians and providing updates.
- Follow up on sales enquiries, collaborate with sales coordinators to generate invoices, and schedule deliveries.
- Handle feedback and provide additional information such as pricing and stock availability.
- Support the sales team by assisting with product servicing arrangements.
- Manage the 1-to-1 exchange process.
- Manage relationships with service partners.
- Ensure prompt follow-up on provided leads.
- Provide product information to service partners' enquiries.
- Schedule installations for customers with service partners.
- Manage customer feedback regarding service partners.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated, team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
