POSITION: CARGO OPERATIONS
Responsibilities:
· Actively involved in the daily cargo trading operation activities and gathering market information
· To be responsible for all aspects of cargo and ex-wharf operations, including contracts, vessel nominations, invoices, inspections, letter of credit requirements, and claims
· Ensure daily and monthly inventory records are updated accurately
· To be responsible for surveyor appointment, documentary instructions, load and discharge order, demurrage calculation
· Coordinate with Terminal/Floating Storage Unit on berth scheduling
· Have good interpersonal skill and be able to work as a team player with other traders and support staff
· Be responsible to put together business deals for fuel oil and other petroleum products including monitoring of shipping operation
· Keep in close contact with customers and suppliers and overseas offices to coordinate trading activities.
Requirement:-
1. With shipping/maritime and petroleum knowledge will be an advantage
2. Willing to work beyond the normal working hours.
3. Good networking, communication and interpersonal skill.
4. Dynamic person with positive altitude, right initiative and integrity.
5. Bilingual can speak Chinese and English.
