Senior Sales Specialist
Seeking an experienced and results-driven individual for a healthcare Life Science MNC to join the team as a Senior Sales Specialist. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving business growth.
Job responsibilities:
Overall
- Responsible for orders and revenue growth of assigned portfolio of products in Singapore.
- Develop and serve as the main point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships and work actively with the scientific community to understand the current and future market trends
Pre-sales:
- Generate sales pipelines through strategic account planning, mapping, and data analysis to ensure precise forecasts and sales tactics.
- Formulate and execute market entry strategies.
- Partner with fellow sales team members to offer complete solutions and deliver presentations to potential and current customers.
- Monitor and interpret market trends and competitive dynamics.
- Consistently update and maintain sales opportunity records in CRM/Salesforce.com accurately.
Post sales:
- Facilitate training sessions and oversee the creation of supporting materials, engage in joint customer visits, and maintain regular communication.
- Manage post-sales support by delivering technical and software training, assisting with method setup, and addressing customer inquiries.
Must have:
- Min 3 years of chromatography / Life Science equipment & consumables sales experience, with proven track record
- Strong communication and stakeholder management experience
