We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients through digital channels, providing detailed consultations, addressing inquiries, and effectively closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential clients via digital channels, nurturing leads through personalized communication.
- Provide expert consultations on our destination prewedding photoshoot packages, customizing offerings based on client needs and preferences.
- Respond promptly and thoroughly to client inquiries, ensuring all questions are addressed with detailed information and a personal touch.
- Guide clients through the booking process, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from initial contact to final sale.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to stay updated on the latest destinations, trends, and promotional offers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.
