About Us

Green Link Digital Bank is Singapore's inaugural wholesale digital bank focusing on supply chain finance, mainly serving MSMEs and aiming to help MSMEs grow and improve digitization.

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our Commercial Banking team and be involved in the sales of GLDB’s banking products and services to meet the financial and investment needs of MSMEs.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement sales strategies to solicit and develop new accounts to expand GLDB’s MSME client base.
  • Prospect new MSME customers for account opening and working capital loans.
  • Comfortable with outbound acquisition via phone calls to bring in new customers for the bank and to deepen the relationship for existing customers of the Bank.
  • Facilitate new loan and account opening applications, and proactively manage and monitor these accounts to minimise non-performing loans.
  • Prepare credit proposal and propose appropriate credit mitigants for new loan applications.

Requirements

  • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree in a reputable institution.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Emerging Business/Business Banking or in Non-Bank FIs/Fintech lenders serving wholesale customers.
  • Experience in doing commercial loans covering local SMEs.
  • Good understanding of MSME loan, and cash products.
  • Demonstrated records of overachieving sales target whilst balanced with risk awareness and management.
  • Highly proficient in in AML, KYC, CDD, and creating credit proposals.
  • Comfortable in cold calling potential clients.
  • Analytical and a problem solver.
  • Energetic, customer service oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a strong team player.
