4-Day Workweek! 8AM-4PM (incl Sat) Accounts and Admin Officer at Chinese Buddhist Temple.
Handle the Temple's daily receipts, payments, petty cash etc. Main job responsibilities are: collection and issuance of receipts, preparing payments/cheques and payment vouchers, handling and recording petty cash, handling of donation box monies, banking cash into bank on a regular basis, and ensuring that all the books and documents are properly kept and filed neatly.
The applicant should be able to speak, read and write in Chinese as a number of our devotees only speak, read and write in Chinese and most of our documents are in Chinese. No prior experience is necessary. Fresh grads, poly grads can also apply as this is part-time flexible working time.
Working hrs: 8am-4pm 4 days per week, incl Sat & 1-hr lunch break. Candidate is expected to work on Sat due to the nature of the Temple's operations as weekends are more busy.
