We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Senior Account Executive to join our team. The Senior Account Executive will play a key role in supporting the accounting team by handling transaction processing, reconciling accounts, and assisting with financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a full set of accounts and prepare monthly management reports for internal management meetings.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly.
- Prepare and submit invoices to customers, following up on outstanding payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and documentation.
- Prepare consolidation financial reports and liaise with the external auditor.
- Respond to accounting-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform other general accounting duties as assigned by the accounting team.
- Perform any other ad hoc admin tasks assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is a MUST.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software (Xero, Quickbook, SAP, etc).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the accounting team.
