Job Scope
• Lead Generation:
o Develop and execute lead generation strategies
o Lead generation tools: IFS, Salesforce, etc
o Create compelling landing pages and calls-to-action
o Email marketing and nurturing campaigns
• Social Media Marketing:
o Manage social media platforms: Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram
o Create and curate engaging content
o Social media advertising (paid campaigns, retargeting)
o Social media analytics tools: Hootsuite, Buffer
• Marketing Campaigns & Events:
o Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
o Develop marketing collateral: email templates, brochures, ads
o Use marketing automation tools
o Analyze and optimize campaign performance
• SEO:
o On-page and off-page SEO techniques
o SEO tools: Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz
o Keyword research and competitor analysis
o SEO best practices and algorithms
Skills
• Analytics and Reporting:
o Google Analytics and web analytics tools
o Data analysis and actionable insights
o A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
• Content Management:
o Content management systems: WordPress
o Write and edit compelling content
o Content marketing strategies
• Communication:
o Excellent written and verbal communication
o Collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Creativity:
o Innovative and creative campaign ideas
o Design graphics and content: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite
• Project Management:
o Good organizational skills
o Manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
Education and Certifications
o Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
o SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot (good to have)
o Industry Knowledge/ Technical Background - Measuring / Instrument (good to have)
