Requirements:
- A recognized degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or Equivalent, recognised by PE Board Singapore.
- Min. 10 years working experience in supervision of Mechanical and Electrical Installations.
- Working experience in Public Project, Institution, Infrastructures, High-End Residential or Commercial Buildings is preferred.
- Experience in Addition & Alteration Works
- Supervision experience in conservation project will be an added advantage.
- Certification with IES/ACES will be an added advantage
Job Description:
- Lead the M&E Site Supervision team
- Work together with Site Supervision team
- Site supervision, quality control, inspection of Mechanical & Electrical Installation
- Ensure compliance with design specifications, code of practices and Employer’s in-house requirements.
- Keeping site records of all inspections, reinspections, testing & commissioning reports
- Verification of final test records, certifications, as-built drawings, and handing over documents to Employer.
