We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the CEO of our client’s company. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare relevant materials.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the CEO.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.
- Conduct research and compile necessary data.
- Translate documents and communications as needed.
- Liaise with Chinese-speaking associates and stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and prioritize tasks effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual is a must, with proficiency in English and Chinese.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a relevant field preferred.
