Job responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end staff and workers’ training courses from liaising with internal staff to Training Vendors, course registration and confirmation, and post-training evaluation to training records and certification.
- Assist in updating and maintaining internal Training policies, SOPs, flow charts, training calendar and training materials.
- Manage and update training administration, staff records, training budget and HR system.
- Assist in follow-up on mentorship, performance appraisal and staff career planning progression, activities and communication.
- Coordinate and facilitate HR internal events, meetings and staff engagement activities.
- Assist in reviewing and analysing training reports and feedback for improvements and action plans.
- Acts as an active team player in the HR team for organizing department activities which are not limited to training and development, HRIS, people communications, HR projects, etc.
