Responsibilities:
Provide complete range of company secretarial assistance and administrative support to the Company Secretary-cum-head of Legal and Corporate Secretarial Services Department for all entities within the Group.
Requirements:
- Qualified Chartered Secretary with minimum 7 years experience in corporate secretarial matters of companies listed on the main board of the Singapore Exchange, gained from Listco (preferred) or law firm; corporate service provider or funds or financial institution; or
- Holder of a Bachelor of Laws (full time) issued by Singapore university with minimum 4 years experience in corporate secretarial matters of companies listed on the main board of the Singapore Exchange, gained from Listco (preferred) or law firm or corporate service provider or an advocate-solicitor with minimum 3 years practice (corporate) in a Singapore law firm.
- Good understanding of the Companies Act, SGX Listing Manual, Code of Corporate Governance and applicable guidelines.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in dealing with all matters .
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Highly organized with ability to seamlessly multi-task.
