Assistant Finance Manager
Responsibilities:
a. Perform monthly and year-end financial statements
b. Assist with the annual budgeting exercise
c. Perform monthly bank reconciliation
d. Liaise with external auditors in relation to audit requirements and deliverables
e. Handle monthly payroll
f. Perform quarterly GST submission and taxation matters
g. Any other finance related duties as assigned
Qualification
a. Possess Degree/Diploma in Finance/Accounting or equivalent qualification
b. IT proficiency and internet savvy
c. Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Adobe PDF.
d. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
e. Experience working a law firm including requirements of the Solicitors Account Rules is preferred
f. Knowledge of using MYOB, LEAP and/or TESSARACT accounting software will be an advantage
