Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Receive and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of products to customers in the Oil and Gas sector.
- Customer Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing questions, providing product information, and handling any issues or concerns.
- Documentation: Maintain sales records, customer databases, and relevant documentation to track sales activities and customer interactions.
- Shipping and Logistics: Coordinate with the logistics team to schedule shipments, track orders, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the Oil and Gas sector, understanding their needs and anticipating future requirements.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sales Manager
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales support or coordinator role, preferably in a similar industry (Oil and Gas, industrial, manufacturing, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A collaborative team player with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with the Oil and Gas sector is a plus.
